a) Right of appeal is hereby given to any Spartan member who has been suspended and/or disqualified for any infraction of rules, regulations or specifications of Spartan.
b) Such appeals must be made within five (5) days after notification and shall be made in writing to Spartan office, (959 Eden Road, Mason, MI 48854).
c) Hearings shall be heard at the Spartan office in such a manner and at such time after the filing thereof within the discretion of Spartan appointed "Appeals Board".
d) Decisions made by Spartan officials on appeals shall be final.
