a) Race track meets may occur under extraordinary conditions, subject to special rulings.
b) Approval of special rulings must be secured from Spartan/SMS officials and shall be known to all competitors prior to race meet.
c) Any injured or suspended member shall not participate in any event without approval of Spartan/SMS officials and the official has the right to request a doctor's release at any time.
d) In the event of a total rain out arm bands will be honored the following week unless the scheduled event is a “special”. In the event a “special” is a total or partial rain out an announcement will be made pertaining to the rain out policy. In the event of a partial rain out for a regular weekly event and any heat race has been completed and money is due for the purse, Spartan/SMS officials will determine either to postpone the event until the next week, at which time arm bands will be honored that week, or complete that week plus the following weeks events on the following weeks date and arm bands will not be honored as there will be two purses due.
