a) Right of appeal is hereby given to any Spartan/SMS member who has been suspended and/or disqualified for any infraction of rules, regulations or specifications of Spartan/SMS.
b) Such appeals must be made within five (5) days after notification and shall be made in writing to Spartan/SMS office, (959 Eden Road, Mason, MI 48854).
c) Hearings shall be heard at the Spartan/SMS office in such a manner and at such time after the filing thereof within the discretion of Spartan/SMS appointed "Appeals Board".
d) Decisions made by Spartan/SMS officials on appeals shall be final.
