Brent McCort

Championship article for Springport 2006

One of the members of the "Onondaga Gang", Brent McCort obviously is from Onondaga, Michigan. Helping Brent with his Pony Stock racing effort is his Mom, Judy, his Step-Dad Bryan Passick, Sr., his two brothers Jared and Alex, and his sister Ashley. And of course, he always has the support of his girlfriend, Mallory.

Born on July 12th, 1989, Brent now works during the week for Dean Transportation. On the weekends, he's having the time of his life while driving his black #99 Dodge Neon in the Pony Stock division at both Spartan Speedway and Springport Motor Speedway.

Brent started racing in 2004. Bryan Passick, Sr. helped him get started in racing and built his first car for him. In 2005, Brent won his first heat race at Spartan Speedway.

In 2006, Brent won his first feature race at Springport Motor Speedway. He also won the heat race that same night.
His most memorable experience was when he almost flipped his car at Spartan Speedway.
