Dan is self-employed as the owner of D.L. Transport, a company name that you'll spot on more than one car racing at Spartan Speedway and Springport Motor Speedway. Dan enjoys racing and he enjoys helping a few others as well.
Dan also owns another similar looking car that is frequently driven by fellow racer, Ron Heeney, usually at Spartan Speedway, but on occasion, also at Springport.

Driving the #70 Street Stock mostly at Springport, Dan has also driven at Spartan, as well as at Owosso and Kalamazoo.
