I am curious as to how many 4 cyl. cars are sitting around now since the Neon started dominating the Pony division. Would they be racing if they were competing with like cars and times? We might want to try some experimenting yet this season.
If you have a car that meets the above description and would like to try a little FREE racing with a FREE pit pass give the office a call at 517-244-1042 or email me at info@spartanspeedway.com for more info. |

Jim I would be all for you getting the pony class back to what it started
out to be FUN and everyone having a chance to win. I know a few that still have there shadows, tempos, escourts cavilers ect. that would come out to race but cant compete with the neons so they dont even bother sure I get flusterated cause I know my car will never see a feature win as long as I have to try and keep up with the neons but maybe if it was running with the same horsepower cars it might be possible
(AND NO IM NOT KNOCKING THE NEONS) but I dont have a snowballs chance in hell to beat a neon im at a horsepower disavantage right off the bat how many other drivers that are still out there feeling this way ?? Jim if we can get 10 other that are not neons to come back will you consider a seperate races?? Heat and a Feature ?? not sure where to draw the line other then times cause you know we have a couple of cars not neons that run as fast as a neon so if they can run with the neons to keep them with the neons... ALL FOR IT JIM |
