just was wanting to touch base on this issue. we are in the process of putting a couple of cars together and one may be for this class. I have heard rumor that your dropping the sportsman class and adding a street stock class...kind of like the street stocks we used to have...any truth to that? If so or if not please elaborate.

Walt, The Pure Stock division will be the same as last season. We are reviewing rules now from Auto City and Owosso just to be sure cars can go back and forth and still be competetive. It is possible that there could be some small changes but they will be minor if there are any at all.
The Sportsman Division will be scheduled for all five Sunday Slugfest shows. The schedule will be up this coming week. |

OK thanks Jim we will be fielding a pure stock and a mod all season and maybe even a late model from time to time.

| Glad to hear that. I think everyone is already getting fired up, we'll have a fun season. |
