It appears that there may be some bus races coming up that are not on the schedule. Will these be figure 8 events. I hear there is one this Friday that my co-worker has been invited to drive in, more info would help boost attendance for such an event.

| We are just experimenting with some short oval bus races. We're not sure what we are doing or if we're going to do anything. This is an effort to bring more attention to the racing program at Spartan. |

| Jim - A couple years ago, they tried buses on the oval at Owosso & they broke the concrete wall & took down 3 or 4 sections of catch fence & posts in turn 4. Luckily no one was in the stands in that section. Just thought you might want to know. |

I feel it will be a mistake to run a bus on the oval, what happens if you have a tire blow, brake issue. let them run the figure 8, i know you dont want the damage, but these will go faster on the straight than one might think. 18,000 lbs plus can make a huge hole.
