Mr. Potter don't sell your cars just yet you have another option, Kalamazoo. Here is the press release from K-Zoo's website.

Cyber Stocks - 2008

“Back to the Basics in 2008” will be the motto of our new class for next year. The “Cyber Stocks” will be a 6 cylinder, front wheel drive, automatic transmission, street tire class whose rules will be very similar to our 4 cylinder enduro cars. There will be no entry fee, no license to buy, no hassle, just show up and race. These cars will be fun, they are easy to build, we will have them on the Saturday Night schedule 12-15 weeks (about every other week) as a class, and best of all, these cars can be built or bought race ready for less than $1000.

For this type of minimal investment, we hope to get some friendly school rivalries going, where an Otsego blue and gold hot rod can beat up on Plainwell’s blue and white car, just as a Martin maroon car can whip on Allegan’s orange and black beast. We will see many father and son teams, maybe even a few mother and daughter teams. We would expect to see several co-owner teams with the partners taking turns doing the driving duties from week to week. The bottom line is that many people who have never been able to afford to race in a weekly division, will now have the opportunity of a lifetime to do this. To help keep my track officials out of trouble during the off season, we will be building many cars that will be for sale as well as possibly offering a free outside storage area at the track during the season, for you racers that don’t have access to a trailer each week

To get this show on the road, and to show our fans a glimpse of the new class for 2008, we are planning two pre-season debuts of these cars to be run in mid August or early September. We will be announcing these dates within a week or so. Scott will have the rules completed around the same time, so we will have those online as well. Get building on your cars, as I would like at least 12 cars to be ready in August. Keep the basic 5 rules in mind: 6 cylinder, automatics, front wheel drive, cheap, and fun.

i really wish you wouldn't go to another track. you know that you have alot friends and fans at springport and spartan. they are going to miss you some already do, especially me. don't let ever thing that has happen make you not want to come back. just get the car running fast so you can kick butt again.

Russ here is a link to the Cyber Stocks rules for 2008 - http://www.kalamazoospeedway.com/rules_detail.asp?rule=21

They will be having 2 demo races later this year, first one on Saturday August 25 and the second on Sunday September 2.

They state on their website that it will be a part time entry level class.
