| Diane and I are so sorry to hear this terrible news. Our most hearfelt condolences to the Heeney family. I will really miss racing with him. It won't seem right for the "Wild Child" to be not be at the race track. He was a good racer & a great young man. Larry & Diane Wallace |

To Bill, and Carrie
I was shocked when my wife called me, and told me of Brian. I remember Brian when he was younger, being at the track for his Dad. That has been several years ago.
You are in our thoughts, and prayers.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Heeney Family also,
Brian always had a great smile at the track no matter what the situation was.
We will miss you "Wild Child" for sure.
We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers as well.

I never had the honor of knowing Brain personally like many of you, but I was a big fan. every time I heard his name called in a racing line up I knew that it would be a fun night at race. My heart goes out to Heeney family. We all must remeber every time we are at spartan that there is an angel watching over all of us.
a fan forever,

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Heeney Family in their time of loss. My father always spoke highly of his fellow racer the "Wild Child" and truly how great of a guy he was.
The "Wild Child" will always be remembered.
God Speed!

I have lost a great friend. Brian knew how much I loved racing and let me help him out whenever I could. I loved going to the track with Brian and spending time with him away from the track. I have so many great memories of times I spent with Brian, and I will miss him soooo much. My condolences to the Heeney's. I'm deeply saddened that I will unable to attend the services for Brian, but know that I am praying for you all. Brian was an amazing guy and I know that he will be a part of my thoughts for the rest of my life.

It was getting late in the season, and while making the many rounds of the pits as I'm doing my "tech official" duties, I head over towards the #1H Modified of Brian Heeney.
Brian is standing near the car with a bit of a scouled look on his face. I can tell he's wondering to himself, "Now what is he going to check on my car?"
I reach out my hand to shake his hand, "Congratulations on that feature win last week, Brian!". He thanked me and gave me the biggest smile I've ever seen on his face.
Those are just one of the many things that make being a tech official enjoyable. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to share that moment with Brian.
