Well,
As usual, the racing people have come through.
By Wednesday of last week, I had gotten in touch with someone through a racing friend who told me to make the call, I did, he came to practice with us for a few hours Wednesday night, and we were able to do Saturday's show.
We booked again that night, and we have found our new drummer.
So,
Thanks again to the entire racing family who ended up connecting me with Bob Denman, the Dawg's new drummer.
You people are the best.
have a good day,

Great news Matt.
Is this Bob Denman a short, left handed drummer from Holt?
Good luck!
Thanks

You are correct, Bob is indeed from Holt, and is left handed.
Bob and I both look short compared to our lead guitarist and our bass player, I finally have a compatriot in that regard.
We are pleased as is Bob, finding someone who can fit in and mesh as easily as he was able to was something I was truly worried about, and to have it happen as quickly as it did, is indeed a testament to his talent.
Now, onwards we go.
have a good day,
