You might want to post some of your racing accomplishments/history. I don't know of anyone that would just give you a car to race unless you can bring something to the table. _________________ Effort equals results...Penske

HA HA now thats funny!! Here I am a track champion of the ponys and nobody is knocking my door down. The best thing I can say is build a car and head out to the track and dont worry about anyone else but yourself because you will be the owner and the driver. _________________ Torg Motorsports! |

here's a car for ya!
It would be a good beginner car. Finished 2nd in points last season at mottville. It was Zach's last years car. very clean and very straight. lots of extra parts. 1985 chevy celebrity. Could be fast with some work but very safe. Cage, fuel cell, seat, but needs new belts. $800 obo. have pictures. Built for a short person. 5'5" or smaller. 517-673-4936 Fast Eddie's speedshop

Try proof reading your post and correcting it before posting it. You could compose the post in word or an equivilent program and cut and paste it here. The easier it is for others to read and understand your post, the more positive the response. This is only meant as constructive comments. _________________ Thanks

According to Ed's post, the cage is OK. I'll try to help explain his message...
> Could be fast with some work but very safe.
When he stated it was very safe here, that indicates all the safety features of the car are OK which includes the cage. He stated it could be fast with some work. That would mean that the car needs some tweaking here and there. Maybe it could use better tires or a little work on the handling. But stuff like that can be done after getting some experience as a driver first.
> Cage, fuel cell, seat, but needs new belts.
Here he is stating that the cage, fuel cell, and seat are OK. It would need new belts because they are probably older than 3 years now. You can buy new belts for about $75 including shipping.
Hope this helps.
