This was just a thought I had awhile back. Has anyone at the tracks had the notion to have a golf outing to has funds for things i.e. t-shirts, hats etc... Lots of people golf, I'm not sure what it all entails to have a golf outing. And it would have to be EARLY (april) in the season or later after the season is done or almost done (sept). Spend a little money to make more money, seems like it would be a good way to get a little cash in hand for the tracks. Just a thought.....

Ok so i just thought for a second. I think what you do is get people to sponsor the holes for the outing. Example, Northside Towing Sponsors 500 bucks for the day on hole 18. Not quite sure on the money totals, its just and example. Beacon Sales sponsors hole 10 for 300. Lost Tiger Tattoo 250 for hole 15 etc etc... The more holes get sponsored the more money the tracks get back. Less out of pocket for POOR PAUL...plus people who play sign up for so much a person or a team of 2 or 4. I've played a few and it was like 25 to 50 bucks a person to 18 holes and lunch. There is a few things that come with doing this, Door Prizes, lunch for the golfers and food afterwards, however you wanna do it.
I guess im rambling now, just been on my mind, thought i would throw it out there.
