Just want to say thanks to everybody who helped my son (Lex #7 pony stock)and myself,for all the help we got in 2007. this was our first year in racing and we really didnt know what to expect.I have met some of the nicest people I have met in my life at spartan,who are willing to help you in any way they can,expecially Evan Barrett , his crew and his family, they have helped us out in many occasions. THANKS GUYS! In closing I would just like to say if there is anyone who is thinking of getting thier son or daughter in racing ,should do it. My wife and I had the time of our life watching our son out there racing, its truly an awesome expierence, and its all possible because of spartan speedway.Again THANK YOU!

Just to add to this issue a little, we facilitate a Mentorship program at both tracks for any one and includes any age. A program like this can help you learn from others with years of experience. Minimizing mistakes can be the difference in really enjoying your self or being frustrated and plagued with bad luck (experiences). Our race teams are very genuine and love to help people get started down the right path, the fun one. Evan Barret, his family and crew obviously are a good example.
