I ran into Larry Surber in Jackson this weekend and he mentioned he planned on his 13 year old running his #8 pony next season.

While the rules online state 13 is okay... I thought I heard someone say they were changing to 14 or 16, or had already changed and the rules just never got updated.

Do we have a definitive answer on the age limit ?

Maybe someone else knows about what you heard, but I hadn't heard anything about the minimum age getting changed.
