Art Braithwaite of Jackson passed away on the morning of April 5th after a long battle with cancer. He touched the lives of many during his years as a driver, car owner, business man, photogragher, and auto racing historian. He had the reputation through his business ARTS (Auto Racings Total Service), as one of the best frame straighteners in the business with customers from all over the country. He was a member of the Michigan Motorsports Hall of Fame and the "Little 500" Hall of Fame in Anderson, Indiana.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 at the Chas Burden Funeral Home in Jackson. Services will be on Wednesday at 1 P.M. at the Ganson Street Baptist Church in Jackson.
God Speed my friend! Marty Blume
