dodge duster/shadow has cage in it, need's finished,2.5 engine,has fuel cell and fuel pump need's seat,belts,and a driver first 500.oo takes it. call josh 517 541-6191

Hey,
I'm trying to get into the pony class possibly next year and may be interested in this car, but I have a few questions.
1. What year is it?
2. is the engine the 2.5l turbo engine?
3. what needs to be "finished"?
