With alot of talk going on with Rac'in & Rock'in, What about some Special Awards & Extra Money towards the Ponie Drivers ?
I'm thinking some of the Team Dodge drivers should go to some of there local connections and get some Award Money or some gifts, so the Ponie drivers don't get left out.
Beacon Sales will also Kick-Up the contengencey money, more details to come... .
Lets hear from you !!

There are many different ideas for awards...
Last car on the lead lap. If only one car on the lead lap, then it would be the winner.
Highest finisher, one or more laps down.
Last car to take the checkered flag. This is not the last place necessarily, it's the last one to cross the line as the checkered flag is waving.
Fastest lap of the race.
Slowest lap of the race of the lead lap cars. If only one car on the lead lap, then it would be the winner.
First car to drop out after 5 laps. This prevents a car with a serious problem from starting the race and dropping out immediately. Gotta go at least 5 laps.
Car that leads the most laps.
Car that leads the fewest laps.
Many other possibilities. Let's think of some...

Doug and Caroline Allen are putting $50 towards an award they've yet to decide on, and Island Graphics has put up $20 for the best appearing pony, and Big Ed has the last car on the lead lap covered,
So,
as Dave said,
C'mon Pony drivers, fans and owners and sponsors, get a thinkin' and let me know.
have a good day,

*SMILES* We are still thinking on what to do with the $50 that we are pledging towards the Pony Stock Class.. I think one of my ideas is:
The one that Qualifies 10th...the first $10.00
Need to work on $40 more now
More info to come

I think that is great!!!
It seems like the first place or fastest cars usually collect the most " special " money.
The rest of the pony class can use some extra cash also.......
Maybe the car with a candy nicknamed driver???
Snickers, Milk Dud, Blow Pop, Tootsie Roll, Candy Corn, Jellybean, M&M, or something like that???
How about a one car person, not a team driver??????
Best finishing car that is not a Neon or maybe not in the top 10 or so in points????
Cleanest ( does not rub anyone ) driver for the night or so far this season??
A driver that you two would just like to help out a little???
Just a few of my thoughts............
Caroline and Doug,
Thank you for all of your support!!! _________________ "Yogi"

I got a few more,
The driver with the most pillows that they are sitting on ( kind of like a booster seat )
The driver that has the best animal nickname.
Bull, Horse, Frog, Dog, Coyote, Snake, Chicken, Cat, Etc....
The driver that got spun by the same car for 3 races in a row.
A rookie that is sponsored by their grandfather and top 5 in points.
A team member that is picked on by his team mates EVERY week and enjoys it.
Must race a red car with flames on the front.
A driver that has a smile on their face every week when I talk to them.
A driver that Misty rubbed her car against the wall to get around at least once this year.
If anyone fits into ALL of these conditions, let me know this saturday so that I can talk to them and see if I can do something for them, it sure sounds like they could use some help...........
Rooster,
Can you hook us up with a free car wash or two for the tow rig of one of the pony drivers depending on where they finish???
I am going to put up a prize too, just trying to decide along with my wife how we will award it.
Thanks _________________ "Yogi"
