Lets see if this can be over analyzed anymore than it already has been.

Simple method:
If no one taps out everyone involved goes to the rear.

If someone taps out then only that driver goes to the rear and gets acknowledged for the integrity shown by tapping out.

End of story.

Perfect? NO
Is our world perfect? NO

I will help convince all this is a good idea. I will also buy a reciever. I know I can speak for my Father also when I say he would buy/run one also.

It would really clean up the show and could help curtail the rough driving.
