Local racer and former Spartan Speedway driver Phil Massuch won the $10,010 to win Stan Perry Memorial at Angola. Congrats to Phil. Nobody deserves it more then him. He is one of the few that will travel. He has worked his butt off on his cars for over 20 years. Despite what many have thought Phil is not a big budget team. I'm proud that we are friends and to be a part of his team. I could not be there last night as I promised to boys I would take them to Spartan for kids night and try and win a bike.
