Spartan says they are running under the alliance rules, yet the rules on there website shows both of theses rules, which one are they going with?
Also Alliance rules state 30 degree maximum and Spartan says 30 degree minimum.

Rear spoiler maximum of 8" high X 72" wide for cars with shelves greater than 4". For cars with a 4" shelf the maximum 9" high X 72" wide. All spoilers may not extend past the edge of the body and may not be closer than 3" of the outside of the right rear tire. Must be made of clear flat material. Bracing may be from the front or rear. Front bracing a maximum of (3) 3/4 " round supports. Rear bracing must be inset from sides of quarter panel a minimum of 3" on both sides. Rear facing lips 1" maximum only. Maximum height from the ground is 42" with a 8" spoiler and 43" with a 9" spoiler.
