Spartan Speedway is pleased to announce the addition of a memorial race for the late Stan Perry. As many know Stan was the epitome of a sportsman, tough but respectful competitor and mentor to many. Stan quietly led by example.
Stan passed doing what he was passionate about, racing on Friday nights at Spartan Speedway.
This event has been scheduled because of the urging of Miranda Landis, Stan's grand daughter, with the blessing of the Perry family. I add this so everyone will know how special Stan still is.
Please mark your calendars for Sunday June 24th, the date for Slugfest #2 and the Stan Perry "THE GODFATHER" Memorial race. |

Very glad to see this race at Spartan, Stan was indeed a wonderful person well worthy of this race in his memory.
