I WAS TOLD AS PF LAST SUNDAY DO TO LACK OF CARS THERE WILL BE NO MORE FIRGURE 8S THE REST OF THE RACING SEASON. YOU KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE YOU MIGHT AS WELL START KISSING YOUR FAN BASE GOODBYE, A;OT OF US FANS COME TO THESE SUNDAY SHOWS TO SEE FIRGURE 8 YOU MIGHT WANT A RAISE HE PAY OUT FROM 200.00 TO 350.00 TO WIN AND I BET YOU WOULD HAVE MORE CARS THEN SIX, T HANK YOU JOLODGE77

I agree with the increase in the payout part of this, however the problem with getting the car count is most of the pony stock class only have just one car and dont like to take the risk of damaging their regular Friday night car

i can strongly agree but they also stress no hitting and drivers door, and i have been going to spartan since 1963 and to me that is what is ,spartan the firgure 8 racing i just think jim needs to think what draws the most fan base i thjnk its the good clean racing at spartan, super late models, and the firgure 8 racing on the sunday shows.

They NEED to Bring Back the REAL Figure 8 cars from 5 years ago and Stop playing with 4 cylinder! Titmus, Gokee, Eric"The bone"Gilberts Mr ????? and his Pretty little Lady and her Pink car, Steve Utley AND all the rest of the guys that used to run Full Size Figure 8 cars!

If they would bring back the real figure 8 racing and a fair payout I would build a car just for it and i know most u listed still have cars or would get cars to race the pay out is what took the cars away when Gary Parr ran Spartan and paid 100 to start and 1000 to win we had like 30 cars a night

Even if they would payout $100 to Start and $500 to win they'd get cars back from the old days!

One MAIN RULE~You MUST COMPLETE 3/4 of More the race to get FULL PAY! If not you get $25 to start!

Now BEFORE Anyone Jumps on me about this ~If your car gets Wrecked or Breaks that a Different story! By Breaks i mean so you Can't continue~If you can drive off the track after the race~Your NOT Broken!

The Old school guys would run with flat tires and Parts Hanging off their cars to Finish the race!

ALOT of the problem in the past was the fact that guys would start and Park after a couple laps for the pay, and that's NOT Racing!

im sure ray and joyce derminer would pop up in there pure stocks also. talked to ray a couple weeks ago about the good ole days at spartan rather than these pansy figure 8s that are around now LOL
