I would like to make organizations that are a tax free (501c) or equal aware of the fund raising opportunities by doing 50/50 raffles at Spartan Speedway.

You must first establish a date with the office and secondly purchase a license from the State. If you qualify you are probably already familiar with the licensing that the State requires.
