I thought the addition of the C class and the split tonight worked very well. The cars that were assigned to each feature seemed like they belonged together and the racing in all three was pretty good.

Based on the results, I think it worked very well. Now we just need to see more cars.

I think making a c class was a really good call it was good close racing and cars were in the class the belong. I think you will get more cars now that they know they have a chance to win that was a great call

first off....money cant NEVER buy talent guys. It takes ability & knowledge as well as major desire, which any driver who races has when it come to that part. Ive been doing this a long, long time & have lots of experience behind the wheel of several types of cars at several different tracks all over & have won in them as well. I also took my lumps for a long time while gaining the experience and ability I needed to be where i am at, just like everyone else does or has done.....sorry but thems the facts

secondly, believe it or not, there are cars there that are more, chassis wise, then what we have. My car, Rons car, both are camaro clip cars, not full strut cars like some there.

finally, we do have awesome sponsors that we have earned and been very fortunate to get over the years, yes thats true but anywhere we go, we are fast, win or do very well & was doing it long before we had great sponsors and I did it with little to no money....galesburg, kalamazoo, spartan, angola, springport, m40, new paris....dont matter. I have worked very hard and a long time on set up stuff and have alot of things figured out that obivously work very well & speak for themselves. not just on the car we run now but heeney's car, which was one of mine, dans other car, which is a metric stock frame car and I can assure everyone, within a week of having it & going through it, I could set fast time and win in the A class on old tires, not even new ones as we rarely ever run new tires up there. the #9 & the #47 that comes there with us, are the same set up thats on my car and they are both capable of winning. the #47 set fast time this past weekend & the #9 was the first time EVER for KC racing there. He had never made a lap and by the end of the night was as fast as anyone on the track & moving forward, while being 7th quick as a true green rookie there & neither of them cars have the sponsors or deep pockets to just buy whatever they need or want.

work, study, apply, try....THEM MORE work, study, apply, try...LOTS OF R&D & then start all over again as we never settle for where we are at with the car, how it is working or how fast it is as there is always more out there!

love coming there and racing with everyone...you guys all have a super good thing up there & im not sure you realize just how well things are up there as a whole on both the management and drivers parts. No place is perfect, no racer is always right & every track needs some things looked at for changes to make things better, but I think there is a great core group of people there managing things and making decisions or changes when warranted or proven to be needed & there are alot of places that are alot worse then there which I know & can attest to that as its a fact from someone who travels around to alot of places. I would put Spartan right near the top, if not at the top, along with or right next to Kalamazoo for the effort to listen, fix things and the racing is great with lots of hard racing but with respect & profesionalism for the most part & when its not, its handled immediately from what I have seen or heard on the raceiver. You ever wanna find out just how nice that really is, venture out to some other places as i could reccomend a place southwest of there that would make you appreciate things a bunch more...LOL. For the record, Im not saying anyone is saying anything bad about spartan either, just saying, its not that bad and great to see drivers and management working together to fix issues rather then having a "dont care" mentality of either side.

on a side note, I would really like to see the hot lap times used for making the groups up and put each group of 5 out there based on thier hot lap speeds to avoid cars catching up with others in 2 laps. not any fault of the slower car or faster one, it would just work alot better if that was done for both sides.

better yet, the single car qualifying is not anymore time to do them this group thing with 8 laps being given to each group. by the time you did the single car stuff and sent out a car every time the car on the track was coming around turn 3 for thier final lap, it would be just as fast.

if there is some sandbagging issues, thats a simple fix really.....my suggestion to stop that is get rid of the .25 second rule for 2 consecutive laps and go to zero tolerance or .10 for ANY 2 LAPS IN THE RACE (with the ONLY exception being an obvious issues had during qualifying) and if they have one, make them redo it in late qualifying. exempt your top 6 qualifiers & everyone else fair game. NO caution if your over your time, you simply black flag them, tell them on the raceiver to go to the bottom, slow down & let the entire field by and fall back to the tail. Let them know when they are all the way back and that they can resume racing under the DQ'd time. If they ignore the flag or instructions on the raceiver, thats on them & thier own fault. Guess they just run the race for last place. Make them lose alot of track position rather then throwing a caution, sticking them to the tail and they get to restart with the field. there are several tracks around this side, have went to that .10 or zero tolerance deal & it has caught the baggers real quick who still tried to play the game and they quit doing it. making the penatly that stiff will deter guys from doing it after they get caught a time or 2. Other thing that some do is if you get caught over your time, they dont get full start money and get only half.

Victory 10,,,

For Spartan A stocks,,could you please share some chassis info for the guys who are not as experianced as you,,it would save them a lot of time and money,,along with making the show better,,,The top Pony drivers freely share tech info with the guys who run at the back and week in and week out the pony feature is one of the best features.

For spartan,,,

What front to rear weight % do you guys use?

do you use a spool, a true track, a gold track, or a locker?

How much stagger do you run?

What are your HOT tire pressures?

How much toe out do you use?

do you use caster spit?

Do you cock the rear axel? if so how much?

do you run bump stop, BBSS. or conventional spring setup?
