chris place injured

we were recently informed this morning by a very reliable source that chris place was injured in a snow mobile accident. he was snow mobiling up north when the incident happened. he is severily injured. he was air lifted to one of the local hospitols in lansing but we are not sure which one. please keep your thoughts and prayers with chris and his family. if anybody knows any more please post the information here so we can keep track of how he is doing and his recovery

Chris was in an accident on his snow mobile yesterday afternoon he was taking a corner and his sled got out of shape he hit a guard rail and went over and hit the ground 10 foot or so below. He was transported by ambulance about 5 hours. Lynn and I met him at sparrow at about 2:30 A:M he has 2 fractures of the pelvis he is in a lot of pain and will probably have a long recovery he is sceduled to have surgury to repair his fractures on sunday, but he is in stable condition.

thank you for letting us know. please keep us updated and let us know if there is anything we can do. is there anyway we can visit him or should we wait til he has the surgery. our prayers are with you and your family. i hope he is going to be ok and keep us updated when you can.
