I know you guys are trying to make sure no one sandbags, but the speeding penalty rule is by far the worst rule I've seen at any track, how is anyone ever supposed to get better throughout the night, you make it to where no one can work on their cars throughout the night, and causing un necessary cautions flags, I guarantee you your losing drivers from this rule, and I would change it if I was you.

I got dinged for speeding and I am still there. Its a learning process for some drivers also. Some drivers try to play the game of holding back and get burned, and some do actually make changes to their cars between races. You as a driver need to realize that if you make a change that it could affect you going faster. You do have the right to scratch your qualifying time if you think its too slow of a time.

I was speaking from a fan perspective, haven't talked to one person who thinks the rule is dumb, as a fan it ruins the races, yes I understand the reasoning behind it is sand bagging, but I see the car count continuing to drop as long as the track continues to keep a rule like this. Fans do not want to see the fastest cars get penalized, we want to see them win, bottom line.
