Starting this Sunday morning March 4th, at 11AM, Raceday Review can be heard live on Sports Xtra 1330AM WTRX. This show will cover the WHOLE racing landscape from NASCAR Nextel Cup, right down to our local short tracks, including Spartan & Springport Speedways. I'm honored to have been selected by the staff to host this NEW show, and we'll try to talk a lot of racing and have some fun every Sunday morning.

I certainly would appreciate some participation and calls from the club here. If your not in the listening area, you can go to www.wtrxsports.com, and listen live on the internet, with a slight delay.

Program note for this Sunday 3-18-2007

We will start at 10AM and only be on for an hour. March Madness has effected Race Day Review too.

Coming up in future shows, I'll have Jim Leasure in the studio for a show, and I'll also have Maurice Randall in studio for another show. I'll post the dates and times here once I have it nailed down.

We're doing our best to give our tracks notice and recognition.

That was fun being your co-host on your radio show.

You would think that in the hour and a half that we had, much more could have been covered. It's amazing how time flies when we're talking about racing.

We took Easter Sunday off, but will be back this Sunday April 15, 2007

11am- 1pm 1330 AM WTRX. Also can be heard over the internet at www.wtrxsports.com.

This Sunday, my guest/co-host will be Spartan Speedway promoter, Jim Leasure. He'll be sharing what's going on at Spartan for 2007. Also, things you may want to ask him about include the leasing of Springport, No MMA in 2007 for mods, and allowing 2 different tires to run. His 2006 summer hiatis from the speedway. And what it feels like to be the only asphalt promoter in Michigan to run Super Late Models EVERY Friday night in 2007.

Many drivers slated to make appearances on the show in the next few weeks.
