2007 CAR SHOW

All us Pony/Pure guys have an open invitation to come on up to my set up and hang out and talk Spartan/Springport.. I figure the CRC is going to dominate my conversations and it'd be great for Paul Z and Maurice R to have guys standing with cars helping kids get in and out, passing out flyers and stuff promoting the tracks.

I will be there on Thursday night as you guys are bringing your cars in. I will also be there a good share of the time on Friday and Saturday. I will also be bringing many flyers and schedules for Springport.

Also, please make a big effort to get your cars ready for the Jackson show as there will not be a Meridian Mall show this year.

I will try my hardest to make it. i just dont want to send a form till I know for sure. Please dont think Im losing interest. And I refuse to believe that any of the other drivers are either. im guessing that you go to alot of trouble to put these things together, and I for one really do admire and appreciate your efforts. i will do all I can to be there with or without my cars. You have my word on that.

What hours are the mall opened and closed for spectators

According to the mall's website, the hours are 10 AM - 9 PM Monday thru Saturday, Noon to 5 PM on Sunday. The mall will be closed on Easter Sunday.

On the mall's home page at http://www.jacksoncrossing.com/ they say that they are hosting the Spartan Speedway Car Show April 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. Whoever does the website for the mall goofed. The cars won't be in until late on the 5th for setup, and the mall won't even be open on the 8th.

As of March 27, I only have four Spartan-Springport cars registered for the car show....

Dennis O Neill - 2 Ponys
Walt Obrinske - SLM
Chuck Wilkinson - Sportsman

If you are planning on comming, I really need to know by next Monday, April 2 at the latest.

Bill,

With regrets, I likely will not have my mod ready by that time. A lot of my race car prep time has been taken up with budget work/issues here in the City.

Hopefully the turnout will be good nonetheless.

In addition to being able to fill out a form for the car show and mailing it in to Bill, you can now fill it out online and it will be immediately submitted. No waiting for the post office.

Go to http://spartanspeedway.com/Info/onlineshowreg.php to fill out the form and submit it.
