Picture perfect day with a light easterly breeze.

I walked the track today and spoke with owner/promoter Dan Geiner, who was very discrouraged with today's turn out. Final Car count of ...Two, and with three drivers on hand. With the full concessions ready all the track equipment up and running but nobody there. With all the hype and excitment generated last year we were hoping for a great turn out. The three drivers on hand where Zach Hiser driver of the #13 econo stock(who didn't have a car there due to bad school grades). Eric Wilson (former butler track champion) trying his hand at a micro sprint owned by Chuck Wandtk, and driver of the #29 micro sprint JR Pinski. We really appreciate the support these drivers are showing for the track.

With high hope of making the track a succsess Dan has mentioned the possiblity of having a few big money shows to draw the cars. With opening day just a week away we would love to hear from you if you plan on attending this year at evergreen auto park. Gates open at 10:00am with racing at 12:00pm every sunday.General admission $6 and car fee of $20. Open pits so everyone can meet their favorite drivers.See your faces at the races.
