The rules have always been in the "info" section. At the top of any page on the Spartan site, click on "Info". You'll find the link to the rules.

On the Springport site, every single page has a link near the upper left that says "Info-Rules-Misc". By clicking on that link, it will take you to a page with a link to the rules. There is a link that points to the Spartan rulebook and there is a link that takes you to the Springport rules addendum which outlines additions or changes that are used at Springport.
