Why wasn't Dick LaPratt awarded any mma points for finishing 9th at the Harvest on 9/3?

I'm not sure,
I checked the the MMA points sheet I faxed to Creed's and he was on it as placing 9th with 32 points. Mike Creed's number is listed in the rule book as (517) 641-6254. I'm sure it was just an oversite.
